I know this isn’t much but It would be nice if halo 6 brings back death sounds where it was funny to hear your spartan and elite die and they make these funny noises.
I really miss those, it was a good comedy. Do you want them back?
Definitely would like them to return. The elite’s death sounds always make mp a little more enjoyable.
Absolutely! It was one of the best things about Halo 3. They also need to make a video of the recording session.
Halo Reach had then but it wasn’t funny as Halo 3. H3’s one was crazy hilarious.
death voices could replace the halo 5 kill marker whistle.
My personal favorites are Chief’s in Halo 2 when you jump off the side of a bridge or something similar. It made a mistake more bearable haha.
Funny death voices have been removed since reach, but since 343 focuses on championship thing on H3, i have a feeling it could return.
This topic gave me a good chuckle because I just finished playing the H3 level “Cortana”. At one point I accidentally jumped off a ledge and was about to rage out when I heard the Chief let out this blood curdling scream that was different than the usual scream associated with the Chief falling. It made me laugh and I kept on playing lol.
So yes please have these in Infinite.
I heard chief screaming when i fell in the last mission and i got splattered in Tsavo Highway lol.

I feel like when you’re dying a lot it gets really annoying though. Maybe if you can toggle it on or off like the team audio in Halo 5.

Good idea, it wood be nice to have a setting where if people want to hear it, turn it on or else turn it off but the voices in H3 was so good.

Yeah but i hope playable elites return, many people were asking for it.
They were a big part of the early games - definitely bring them back.

Yes, simply yes. Halo (at least with Bungie at the helm) has always had an element of humor in it. H5 just feels so cold and sterilized, I think bringing back more of the humorous elements would bring back some warmth to the series.

one thing i liked in H5 which was funny was 343brought back the funny grunts.
Wait… people thought those death sounds were funny?! Lol
I always took them rather serious, they gave me chills especially when I’d here death sounds from halo 1 in halo 3…
Just think about it… MASTER CHIEF IS DEAD! Those screams are from our great hero falling in combat. When I hear them, all I think about is “were screwed”.
Unless of course I’m derping around with friends, than I guess it’s pretty funny.
