Should Clans get some love in Halo 4?

Not just the extra friends list but say a Create-a-Clan system like Activision implemented into CoD Elite.

Clan challenges/operations, tournaments, and maybe even a playlist focusing on clans. The playlist would require a full team of say 4 and the players in your lobby must be in your clan to find a match.
