The title says it all. Should they do it, along with the actual celebration? In my opinion they should. I love halo 5 but will agree that it has many problems, specifically the campaign and why it was different to the marketing and why it feels out of place next to halo 4.
They should apologize for the past 4 years for abandoning their main fan base but they’re not going to.
They should at least clarify what the -Yoink- happened to the campaign that the ads showed.
I don’t need an apology, just permanent social playlists added in on the anniversary.

The Marketing team had to have something to go on, and Marketing teams can’t just pull cut scenes out of their butt. They can edit them, but they can’t create them. 343 definitely has a hand to play in this, and in turn, a part of the blame.

I know it was canon, but what’s the point of using it to advertise Halo 5 only for it to hint at stuff not in Halo 5?
Maybe they should re release the game, because at least now it can be considered a full feature game.

To be fair, it has a bunch of stuff no previous Halo had like Warzone, Breakout and many features in Forge.

All game footage shown in trailers was in the game, its how marketing chose to present it.
Only thing really diff was the demo they did, but they made it clear looong before release the level was built for demo purposes.
That’s not to say the promotional material wasn’t misleading, but all actual game footage is there.

No new content please. Between Gears 4 and trying to slowly beat Dragon Age Inquisition, I don’t have a lot of time to play and get gold packs. I just want to get Helljumper armor and then they can add whatever they want to the REQ system.
Can’t wait for Halo 6. Looks like it will have a system similar to Gears 4, where we can create scrap with cards and create other cards
