I think if they did it would certainly help because I’m trying to earn more credits to buy an Armor Effect and the fact that credits are shutting down will not help.
No they shouldn’t increase this, lower ranks need to work their way up to the “Higher Ranks”. Also once you become those higher ranks, you earn more credits per game anyway. The ranking system, in my opinion, should be left the way it is currently.
Edit: Also, being a high rank myself (Eclipse). I feel these higher ranks (Legend-Inheritor) should be kept unique, I’ve always been told, if you want something, you have to work for it, I feel this should apply to video games as well.
I can respect and appreciate what you are saying, I have worked for things my whole life and feel great satisfaction when I achieve something great. However, It doesn’t help the ranking process at all if the custom challenges get taken away. Some of us have been trying FOUR YEARS NOW to hit Inheritor along with going about our daily lives as well. My only concern is, are we seriously going to have enough time to get Inheritor before they shut down servers on Reach? I do want to earn Inheritor, but time is a huge factor here, especially when you need millions of credits still left to earn. That is why I say, please increase the daily challenge credits. That way we can still earn 
The Xbox 360 servers aren’t being shut down anytime soon. The original Xbox online servers didn’t close until 5 years after the Xbox 360 was released. Reach operates on a host connection not a dedicated server, so the only way the multiplayer will cease is when Xbox Live on the 360 ceases.
Inheritor isn’t hard to achieve. I have 3 Inheritor accounts in 4 years, 2 of which were done without custom challenges, and I had a full time job.
Well thanks for that. That is a relief. So hopefully it might have 4 years to go or something. That’s impressive with 4 accounts getting Inheritor! I probably would have the rank too if it wasn’t for all of my jobs. Oh well on the custom challenges thing though, I will just have to play harder lol. But I am still hopeful that 343 has seen our messages on this thread and that they might figure something out, even though they are busy with other stuff. So what did you do Phil Mitchell62 to get a lot of credits stacked up if you didn’t use custom challenges?
I try to reach inheritor only with playing matchmaking, because I don’t like ff. Unfortunately there are often so many
challenges for ff and so less for mm. I’m at Noble atm. It really goes very slow, even if I earn about 4k per game.

You mis read, I said 3 accounts in 4 years 
But for the first 2 account I just played a lot of firefight, mixing in some matchmaking with friends when they were online. Firefight pays a decent amount out per game.

343 said at some point in the last 2 weeks that the custom challenge feature would be removed in September this years.
Nah it’s fine the way it is. But they DO need to bring back 30,000cR jackpots. Those were very helpful.

They are actually still around, just incredibly rare. The only reason they were so common before is because of the Super Jackpot Weekends that started happening before Halo 4’s launch.
