With so many people at 70 or near 70, is there a point to making people wait? In Halo Reach we unlocked the rest of the ranks once the community reached a milestone, and I’m sure we’ve already achieved this in Halo 4 because of all the people begging to get the specs or to level up, so why wait? Is it to stop the LE owners from becoming upset? If so, I’ve seen plenty of generous LE owners on the forums simply give away codes, so I don’t see the big deal here.

I don’t think they currently can for Europe, some store chains had these as preorder incentives. The deal may have a certain date before they can be made available to everyone.
America though they could, would cause an even bigger uproar if Europe was left out again though.
in my opinion, specialization period are stupid…what is the point to them…i see no point to even seperate them to special ranking and add level caps…also anything that has extra perks that affect multiplayer shouldnt be locked…hopefully they raise the level cap like reach or do a big change like halo 3 with in the past used to be number ranking also until it was changed to icon

Would have been easier to not make it exclusive at all. Or if they’re going to make it exclusive and say “if you do this you get it” they should at least give it to the people that rightly deserve it.
Honestly, the code idea was pretty bad. I think they should have unlocked the specializations for limited edition buyers and console buyers. Standard edition shouldn’t have got them until Christmas.
Specializations were an ok idea. Just this whole unlock debacle definatly wasn’t worth it.

Disagreed (I know thatyou don’t care). I paid $65 bucks and waited 2 months for Halo 4 to come out so that I can pick up my pre-order and enjoy EVERYTHING in the game. Everything wasn’t in the game when I got it and I still don’t have it. (Flash) Now you feel sorry for me. This isn’t the past, this is the future. (Flash) Where are you?
