When I mean CoD style, I don’t mean 5 maps for $15.
I mean what IW, Sledgehammer, and Activision are doing now. Have a 9 month DLC “season” and each month have 1 or 2 map packs, weapons, gametypes, etc come out for like 160 to 340 MSPS and the occasional free map.
That would just have some flare in MM and we won’t get bored and have to wait for new maps for 4 months.

I’m not a CoD player, so I’m not too sure what you mean. Are you referring to a “season pass” deal like Saints 3 is doing, where you can buy all DLC separately, or buy the season pass to effectively pre-order all future DLC for the next [time period]?

4 maps for $10, 4 map packs a year.

What Activision and IW are doing is, through their new Hub CoD Elite, have all maps free though premium subscritption(but that is besides the point). Instead of the usual 5 maps for $15 they have done in the past, they are doing 2 maps every months free for Elite members and a couple of bucks for regular members until this September.
How much is the premium subscription?
I love how they’re doing this just to milk the hell out of one game before the next game (which is nearly an exact copy of the previous game) is released a year later. Typical CoD, Lol.
