So due to poor connection I was removed from two games in War zone only to be given the ban hammer for an involuntary quitting of the game. How do you guys actually ban someone from a game when the issue is from your servers? You guys really need to fix your ban hammer settings - it also banned me from arena for three days really you think I’m going to keep paying for this you guys need to get it together. I especially appreciate the lack of direct access to report claims of this nature
1: Nice, no games found on service record, we can’t check your profile and see how those games went for you stat wise, or how many there were.
2: Excessive disconnects is basically the same as excessive quitting. I’ve had three disconnects in a row from Warzone yet saw no ban, how can you get two and get a ban?
3: If you were banned for three days from Arena, it was far from your first ban, as ban times increase with each offense. If you were indeed banned for three days, you must be quitting or disconnecting every other match.

Ive been banned before for one quit in valentines doubles when 1 v 2 and where i would be banned regardless for hiding and therefore considered afk. So catch 22. The other 2 times i haven’t completed matches are once where i have been lagged into a match against my will despite frantically pressing the b button to try to escape beforehand and lag preventing it from working and then being lagged out of it almost immediately and the second time i had to quit because it lagged me into the game. Maybe nasqer has been lucky, but i know your pain of lag affecting whether you remain in a game or get lagged into a game you do not want. Getting a ban because of factors outside of your control is just unfair. Especially when the fault is actually 343s! What a perverse way to be punished for something that person actually did wrong!
Server issues would effect most if not all players. So unless you and millions of others were disconnected at the same time, the problem was probably localized to your connection.
Any game dependent on player internet connections is going to experience problems on the player’s end, as not all internet is created equal. However, 343i can’t really change their servers just to better suit your connection. If you’re constantly getting disconnected, you should consider getting better internet. Disconnects may not be your fault, but they do effect the playing experience of others (your team becomes down a man when you get disconnected), and so to promote the best experience for the majority, the topical solution is to temporarily get rid of the unstable connections. It may not seem fair to you personally, but it helps the greater community when lobbies don’t get paired with players who tend to disconnect.
Every now and then I have my entire game crash. I first thought it could the servers but everytime it happens I reset my internet and its fixed. So now I’ve got in the happen of before I play I reset my internet. Haven’t crashed since.

Same thing happened to me. Lagged out of two free for all matches and one of them was basically at the post screen. Then I get banned. This is retarded especially for people who have a limited time to play. Think the Lord, The Division is coming out in like 2 weeks. I’m sick of this -Yoink-. I just want to play a ducking game, 343. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I miss Reach. Last good Halo.
