Actually, yes! I would love a new one!
Adjust the range on it slightly wouldn’t go a miss.
Shotgun is my no1 weapon of choice.

They should update the old shotgun, just like they did with the Warthog (and hopefuly everything else). It’d be cool if it was semi-auto and had a big round drum magazine. That’s not to say it’d fire really fast and be overpowered. It could still fire the same speed.

I dont mind as long as the range was closer to how it used to be (Halo 3 for example) the range on Reach was just silly.

Am I the only one who thinks the Reach shotgun sucks, especially for one shot kills? I loved the other Halo shotguns though.
I would also like to share:
Gravity Shotgun, it’ll make you fly like the hammer against vehicles
Dual Wield Shotties, ala Mauler.
And then the normal Shotty.

The shotgun in Reach seemed to perform better at mid-ish range than close quarters 1-hit kills like it’s supposed to.

Well I haven’t got a clue what’s up with it, but I hate using the Reach shotgun.

Beautiful.
They should make the clip bigger like in Halo 1 and 2. But make it look and feel like it did in those games too. I didnt like the way it felt in Halo 3 or Reach. Also, its a shotgun, so it should perform like one, it should be more powerful than it is in Reach right now as well.
I would like to see a succesor to the M90. Personally I prefer the m90 design over the m45, but for gameplay, I prefer the m45 for its increased range.
One regular pump action Human one and a Covenant/Forerunner equivalent (not the Sword).
here’s an idea, lets have a magazine fed shotgun that looks just like the AR, so people can have a reason to say they get confused between the shotgun and AR.
