As most of you probably know, there is a glitch with the shotguns firing animation, for those of you that don’t here’s a Picture. My question is whether or not 343 changed this before the game went gold.

Yeah, there were 2 posts about this. We only know that the video was released one week before the game went gold, so we don’t know if it will be in the final version. But this isn’t a very important mistake.
If they didn’t its no big deal, because i never even noticed this, until this picture…
But then again now that I’ve seen it, i can’t unsee it, and during game-play its all i’ll notice…
Oh right, so this was what all the chatter was about, I never understood what you meant, I thought that you guys were mentioning something about the reticule turning invisible or that the shotgun dissapeared completely when you fired it so I was confused.
But something like this, when you know about it, does frustrate you so I hope they do fix it because it can affect you’re enjoyment slightly of the experience if you can see though the buttstock of your gun.

It’s not one of those glitches. This one came from an error when they applied the new skin to the shotgun. 343 said they won’t change any glitches that were already in the game, not the ones that came from them editing the skins.
As mentioned you can’t simply ignore this once you know it’s there
343 and their refusal to say anything in relation to this gets them off to the worst start as far as my respect goes. They don’t have to tell us anything of course but it would be rather nice they did and just how hard would it be that they bother. I’d happily offer up an apology for slagging into them a bit on these forums had they said something by now but all this silence does is make me and others dislike them. It’s not like this is the only issue anyway regarding new glitches they’ve introduced
