Shorter Service IDs?

Probably a bit of a strange request, but the purpose of the service IDs/Tags is to provide a shortened ID so that “your teammates can quickly identify you on the battlefield” however, they’re locked at 4 characters, which oddly forces me to have a LONGER “short ID”.

For future games is there any chance you can let them be up to four characters, or perhaps disabled?

(Apologies if they can be disabled and I’m just and idiot)

Oh that’s kinda funny you’re GT is longer than your service tag. As far as I know, there’s no way to turn it off.

We are rocking the same boat brother. I just use VJK0.

I read someone’s post that claimed that you could mess with the language settings to lengthen them I don’t know if the reverse would work or the veracity of that claim however.
