Short ban for lagging out

Hi!

A while ago I for some reason had some connection issues and lagged out maybe 3-4 games in a row, and got banned for 10 minutes. Any idea what I could do to make sure this doesn’t happen again?

I understand it’s hard for the game to recognise the difference between a legit lag out and someone pulling the power cord on the xbox, but is this a server issue or a problem on my end most likely?

Only happened once, and it’s probably 3-4 weeks or more since it happened, just thought about it now

It’s hard to tell what exactly it was, but as long as you don’t consistently lag out, the penalty will be minor. There have been some attacks on Xbox recently, so that might have been a cause, as well as wherever you live.
