There needs to be an option to refund shop purchases or at least a refund of all shop purchases when the first season ends. I am sure I am not the only player who regrets making a purchase. I do not need three championship skins. Even just being able to refund one of these would be a blessing. Or possibly have an option to refund a purchase once per season, AT LEAST. Having shop purchase refunds would be amazing and every costumer would see this as a win, no matter how limited these refunds are. Knowing that you are able to refund a shop purchase would be awesome. I regretted buying the Fnatic skin because I was not able to preview the BR skin in game. If shop purchase refunds are not going to be added at least make it so gun skins can be previewed in game, in your hands. Ultimately being able to refund shop purchases would be ideal and would make a lot of players happy.
I have two purchases that was a mistake and would like to have my credits back. Not a money refund, just a shop refund. My friend trolled me and bought the Spacestationgaming skin when I was not looking. I also bought the Fnatic skin it was just a mistake, it was an impulse buy and did not look as good in game as I hoped it to be. In my opinion, Cloud9 has the best championship skin and is the only purchase I am pleased with. I really do not need the other two championship skins.
We need to be able to refund shop purchase items. For example, Fortnite gives players 3 refund tickets that refills every year. Only one ticket gets refilled once a year. So it would take three years for all 3 refund tickets to be refilled. Fortnite also has a mechanic that allows to you cancel purchase after you buy it, like an extra confirm purchase. That would be nice. In Valorant, at the end of the beta or first season, they made it so every player who purchased credits or bought skins were refunded and gave a percent bonus based on the amount they bought.
