In Halo 4, is there any way you can make the bullets can actually come out of your gun, instead of your face? It’s really frustrating when you get sniped or shot by someone who has nothing but the tip of their head showing and you can’t hit them.

What I remember about this subject, it’s actually a problem of the first person camera. If teh bullets actually came out of your gun, it would look very awkward and unnatural from the player’s perspective. If I remember correctly, Bungie even placed the reticle a little bit lower than the center of the screen in order to compensate for this. But don’t take my word for this, that’s just what my memory says about the subject.
But if my words are to be believed, I rather have the situation as it currently is. I hardly ever even look at where the bullets are coming from. After all, the more important place is where they hit. I understand the sniping problem, but I can only imagine it being even more frustrating if you were sniping, but couldn’t hit the opponent because your gun is lower than your reticle.

That’s what I figured. 
yeah this isn’t common but does happen to me
Pew pew pew, I spit bullets! It’s especially annoying for Theater mode while trying to take screenshots.
