hi the shipmaster teleport gate ability keeps sendin my units out of the map and i cant get them back in cant even get them close enuff to kill them (xbox1)
yes this is a big problem for skirmish, shipmaster AI is almost unplayable because of how frequently he removes your units from play. Without anyway to delete units or bring them back it leaves you with a reduced population to fight.
I played with a friend against 2 legendary AIs and the shipmaster basically removed me from play by displacing my units off the map. I only had enough populaiton to support my friends army with 2 nightingales and use my leader powers. The shipmaster eventually banished his army to the shadow realm too leaving us with a handful of marines to fight off his super units and full army.
While we did see the funny side of it I think the shipmasters shenanigans will get frustrating quickly and its not the first time this has happend but its only now that I have figured out whats going on.
