Has anyone seen the preview of the Shinobi yet ?
I think it looks pretty cool. More interested in the armor than the helmet.

bingo! REQ’s and rng can go die. If it is not possible to tie all armors to unlocks, then at least the coolest or rarest should be challenge based.
Meh. I haven’t seen anything that beats Helioskrill for me. I wish we could view each other’s armors in pregame lobby. That’s the only time I really looked at others armor in past halos.
The helmet looks more like that of a Shogun Samurai (minus the whole demon face) rather than a ninja. The armor looks Samurai-ish too. I don’t know why they’re advertising it as being based off a ninja, it was obviously based off samurai.
Enough ranting, the armor looks pretty cool to me.

But that’s just my opinion. I will probably unlock it day one when all I want is the helmet to my armor!

Same here. That body armor will probably look good with any helmet.
But can we get some love for Tracer? I think he body looks cool at least. The Helmet is pretty interesting but I feel like I won’t wear it too often. And it’s only an uncommon armor. So win-win for me.

Yea… ninja is more like Hayabusa where as Shinobi >.> which is supposed to be ninja is actually a samurai. Weird how we get armor from different countries yet the Spartan armor from Greece is yet to be seen… aren’t we called Spartans :l

This. I made a topic a while back wondering why we don’t have this yet. 343 obviously isn’t afraid of making weird armors. So… make it happen.
Also, It’s clearly a Samurai, so how could they make that mistake? Seems like the person who named it know’s little of japanese warriors and believes that ninjas and samurai are the same thing. Kind of embarrassing, really.

Well, at the very least i’d like to see them add variants for the 10,000 cost gold packs. Such as armor/cosmetic gold pack, weapons gold pack, and vehicles gold pack. Each pack is guaranteed two permanent unlocks for that section, and is more likely to include one use cards of that type etc. Because some players want more armor and customization, whereas others are more into getting good weapons. So I think they should cater more to what people want a better chance at getting.

Pretty sure the Spartans fought mostly naked, so… not sure how you would portray that with Mjolnir armour. A Greek style helmet could work though.
This armor is the closest to Hayabusa armor from Halo 3 we got so far in Halo5.
