in Dr Halsey’s journal it was on about shield manipulation on one of the armor designs, i think this would be a interesting feature in Halo 4, e.g. creating a shield wall for cover, could be an AA.

I was actually thinking of something similar. But I dont think it’ll be a part of the AA’s. I think that shield manipulation might be the focus of Halo 4 as equipment is to Halo 3 and that AA’s are to Reach.

…I dont recall Halo 3 having shield manipulation. Unless you are referring to equipment. If that’s the case, he’s talking about the suit’s built-in ability to manipulate it’s own shields. One of the spartans had it. Naomi-010 I believe

You mean the deployable cover? Most often, fans call it the ‘deployable shield’, which makes more sense to me.
