I don’t know if anyone has noticed this, but from these 2 E3 videos video 1,video 2. Video 2 shield recharge time is a lot slower than video 1, so does their mean customizable recharge times?
We’ve always had the ability to change the recharge rate. Maybe not since Halo 1, I can’t remember, but we have for a while now.
Most likely it’s the new armor upgrade perk or whatever that recharges your shields faster. Definitely the one I’m gonna use and expect most others to be using…

Yep, It’s a support package.
It’s a support pack called “Shielding”.
It allows your shieds to recharge faster than normal.
The Shield Tactical Package recharges shields faster.
Beyond that, i am not quite sure what level of control we have over Shield Regen rate in Halo 4. Hard to say without having time machine to go forward to November 6th.
