Shield Recharge Sounds

Having played all the halo games released so far. I have noticed, as I am sure most of you have, that each game has a different sheiks alert and recharge sound. My favourite of these being the sound from halo 2. I would like to see the option to choose this sound in future games, that little bit extra customisation that would be a more personal change. The options of course being from all previous games and perhaps a few more.

im sure I can’t be the only one who would like to see this

As long as it’s an ascending-pitch vrrrrrrr sound I don’t really care.

I liked Halo 4’s sound. I didn’t at first, since it was different, but it grew on me.

Halo 5’s was the same. I was like “eeeewwww it’s new and different, I don’t like change!” and I ran and grabbed my Linus Blanket (I’m only kinda joking there). But after a while I thought it sounded pretty cool.

Plus, Gen II armor us new. It has a new sound.

I guess the Xbox One should have the original Xbox start up as well by that logic.

That actually wouldn’t be so bad.

The proximity warning (the high beeping sound, if you nearly lost your shileds) is always better zo hear than the shield alert sound (if your shields are already down). In every version the proximity sound is much more easy to hear, than the shields are down warning sound.

I can understand that the sound should not be to annoying, if you have to aim or something like that.
But why not add a sound that is much better to hear (to the “shileds are down sound”) that beeps only 3-5 times (max 1-2 seconds). So you definitly hear: “Aha! My shields are on 0%”. If you are hit by an explosion for example, you never hear the proximity warning and might oversee that your shields are down. And this might end up deadly for your virtual soldier.

I loved the way moving sounded.
