Shared Achievement Lists For XB1 and Windows 10

What i mean is, if you get an achievement on the Xbox One version of a game, you WON’T have to get that achievement again if you decide to play the Windows 10 version, and vice versa. And you wont have two achievement lists of the same exact game.

For destiny, the achievements I got on the One also gave me credit for the 360 when I played on my friends console. Assuming it works like that, DOUBLE THE SCORE!!!
