I think I’ll just use the post screen to add enough detail per shot.
To the general public involved in the ALLEGED SPARTAN HALO JUMP of 12/4/2558: No SPARTAN, of any program, has or would ever attempted a HALO jump without some form re-entry protection. The jump pack involved operated as designed before, during, and after the alleged miracle jump and it was refitted for further use after landing with no difficulty. All purported connections to PROJECT FREELANCER are equally preposterous conjecture. Have a nice day.

Man, I miss being able to capture shots from Campaign and Firefight. It would have been so awesome with Halo 4’s Campaign and spartan ops.

Nice Shot!

Here’s the first shot of one of many story arcs I’m trying to manage.

Think S-IIIs aren’t much stealthier than IIs? The Headhunters certainly are. But what’s so important ONI sends one into one of its own cities? Is it a scorched earth or search and retrieve op? Why is a highly classified hyper-lethal-jaunt-combat specialist who’s standard equipment consists of a combat knife, fisticuffs, and most of the surrounding environment named Serena of all names?

For the last one, ask her parents. For the rest, find out soon.

So this weeks photos have to be mostly in blue? Have to work on that then.

Here is a few pictures I took when messing about the other night.

Nice shots Cerilium. The incineration cannon shot is quite nice.

How do get your pitchers like that.

You can get these types of shots by using FX found in the gadgets section in forge, then you can take shots in forge theatre or custome games theatre. I will be showcasing each fx with the help of others in the weeks to come. In addtion to other cool tricks you can get on screen.

I’m going to say this. Plus things such as zoom and positioning help a lot when interacting with objects such as explosives.

Explosions can pull off many effects from brutal to beautiful.

I also decided to use the incineration cannon one as my desktop background and it looks amazing. I love it when I use my own in game art work as my backgrounds because I can look it and say “Yep… I made that!”

Monthly Winners for May will be announced tomorrow. Thanks to all those who submitted.

Here’s to another month of great screenshots and thanks for posting and keep up the great work!

I have a question.

How can you take screenshots and make them completely covered in one colour?

Example: http://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/players/apollo%20creed%2001/halo4/fileshare#?details=5ec78b53-cdae-4812-b617-29b3b502b754

Yes and the shot you used as an example was a nifty little trick by using a red spartan and going out of bounds enough to get the all red color, when the time runs out.

Grenades (plasma) will give you whites and blues. Colorblind FX will give you Black and Whites.

So yeah, its possible.
