I decided to work outside of the box for this weeks theme on Ragnarok:
The location was hard to get any decent camera angles from, but I do like the scenery. Ragnarok Canyon Distant Tower
Now these two are more interesting, you get to see the beauty of the map in all its glory: All of Ragnarok - (the name says it all.)
Water front - I love the clear blue sky with the forerunner building surrounded by cliffs and water. Nature and architecture blend so perfectly, this has to be my favorite for this week.

Thank you MrMartini and Z6Nitro! Best of luck to you both.
Heavy Shadows is an excellent pic. Tomorrow and At ease with Nature are old favourites of mine. Iâm also liking my newest screenshot, The Eye of the Banshee. That one took me several hours to get the perfect shot for my design. Also, Blood Stones is an amazing screenshot by Draxsonia, in my opinion.
I had the opportunity to participate in a screenshot session with Lady Vanquish yesterday evening. I really appreciate her time and enjoyed seeing new screenshot opportunities.
This shot âYou canât stop the signal, Mal.â is best viewed (imo-and old eyes) full screen on a computer monitor or TV screen to view all the elements in the screenshot.
It takes more pixel availability to see the 2nd Spartan in the shot clearly.
Thank you Lady Vanquish, it was fun!
and
A couple of Lady Vanquish shots on the file browser from the session:

> @Sprymetal - âZeusâ is my favorite of your two. This is not really my style so it is difficult for me to give meaningful suggestions. For me, most of my shots I like to try and get a really crisp spartan in the shot with everything else being additive. I know there are others on the forum that are wizards with multiple effects.
Thanks for the feedback, it is greatly appreciated! Iâll try my best to take your tips into consideration. In addition, donât worry about it because everybody has different tastes when it comes to screenshots, videos, gametypes, map variants, etc. Once again, thank you!
> Heya guys! Looking a lot better, Spry, keep it up.
Many thanks for your compliment, it really helps motivate me in creating more screenshots!
For the âUp Highâ spotlight theme. :)Took in a session with Sniperoxide in Longbow.I honestly didnât know what to do,so me & Sniper teamed up. Skyâs The Limit

Really like that picture looks like itâs snowing lol.
Here are four more screenshots! Some are a little funny(Sort of), while are others are random. Despite this, they are pretty cool to look at in my opinion and I thought they might be worth a share. In addition, I am always open to feedback on my screenshots, videos, maps, etc. Please donât be afraid to say that my screenshots need improvement as well, like I said, Iâm always open to criticism. If I wasnât, I wouldnât have posted this. With that being said, I hope you enjoy them!
My thoughts: I believed that since I hadnât made an assassination screenshot like most people have, I thought I would share this. Yes it was staged, but it took a little bit of time to capture the perfect moment. In addition, I think that the effects sort of make up for it, though many people will think differently.
My Thoughts: I think that the screenshot is simple, but the background shown is what makes it more special in a way, in further depth, it makes it look like my spartan is underwater.
My thoughts: When I first saw this I thought, âHuhâŚI havenât seen that beforeâ. I know that Halo 4 uses the same death animations for the players when it comes to explosions, but the screenshot shown makes it appear as if my spartan is break dancing or possibly saying âHiâ, before fully incinerating.
My thoughts: This is a very random screenshot, I know, but it looks pretty funny(At least for me). It appears as if the spartan is a performing some sort of âdouble-legâ kick while in mid-air.
In conclusion, I believe that these screenshots were worth sharing despite the fact that they werenât as special as my previously shared shots. With that being said, I hope to receive any sort of feedback from you guys and will continue to share my creations with all of you in the near future. Thanks!
Iâm liking what youâre doing with âSpartan on a Stickâ and âFrom the Abyss.â So hereâs some criticism like you ask for.
For âSpartan on a Stickâ, I like the background you chose. Its unique and bright yet it doesnât hurt my eyes. You chose a good angle to capture it from and timed the shot just right. The only things Iâd say to improve it would be to maybe make the spartansâ armor colors compliment the background more. White would probably be a good choice considering your background. But hey, I notice its your actual spartanâs colors and armor so maybe thatâs the main point of it? The only true recommendation Iâd have to give for this is to zoom the shot in a bit more. It eliminates a lot of the unused space to the sides and lets you see the weapons and armors details better. But that was me just nitpicking anything to criticize haha, nice work man.
And for âFrom the Abyssâ, I like the Spartanâs colors and how it compliments the background in this one. The pose and angle match the title well so kudos on that one. The only thing I can say about this one is again zooming in more. Other than that this is quite good Spry :).
I hope you liked the criticism and I hope to see some more of what you make. You are improving pretty fast.
> Iâm going to plop a couple just-for-kicks shots for the theme. I just thought the Sky wasnât the limit.
> :3
Kicking around again.I made the Name of the Screenshot 'Skyâs The Limitâbecause I didnât really know what to call it at first,itâs a song I like and the Spartan being kicked out the Banshee is being hijacked from being able to fly higher hence why itâs called Skyâs the limit. The sky and space are the same thing, they are not different and share the same matter, the moon is in the sky.I could criticize yours Lixae, but I wonât for your sake.
LixaeâIf the Sky is the limit⌠why are there footsteps on the moon?â
Seriously the moon and some other planets are the furthest we as humanity are going to get at the moment,so donât think your being clever. The screenshot is symbolising how far dreams can be aimed to achieve, like the infinite sky.Skyâs the Limit. Is this why I am one of the few who has symbolism in their screenshots?
If you two want to say something, just tell me.
Now that you have had your mind blown, hereâs my point. Skyâs The Limit

âŚWhat?
Dunno what youâre getting at, I just made a simple joke about the theme by using space and not a sky itself⌠And the description is a quote from modern times, not Sci fi.
I didnât even take your shot into consideration, in fact I donât even look at your work.
So you can sit there and feel like a victim, or you can see it as what it ACTUALLY is.
