@Receptor 17 - I really liked “Shielding”. The color intensity is excellent! @Gothic Lucy - Great work. Forge Art is way out of my comfort zone and i appreciate the time and effort that must be involved in its creation.
On the other hand I did get to work out of my comfort zone and played with Special FX “Nova”:
I think the 1st two below were too bleached to include in the yellow theme and was probably pushing it for the one above.
Combining “Juicy” with “Nova” greatly exaggerated the colors on Adrift for me, so I did not keep any shots.

I’ve not done much else in the way of Yellow Screenshots since the 3 from last week, but I will have more to show tomorrow after some sleepy byes (cutting it fine I know…but better late than never!).
what I have been doing though is making some Race themed Screenshots with the new game type, some of which have been done in Yellow armour to maybe go with this week’s theme:
Race R 17 Spray Trail - Trying to get the spray in this screenshot was pretty tricky as the spray disappeared if I got too close, but eventually I managed to fit it in. Seems to shwo the speed really well too! Uplook Beyond - Taken after taking Victory in a race, I forgot how the light pans down on parts of Ragnarok, especially when looking upwards. Was fun trying to get the tower in too! Strider Lead - The sunlight helped with this one just as a race began. I tried to go for some close up action to give the Screenshot some motion, think it came out alright. Water Run Raider Lead Strider View

I am sorry for my abscense lately as of late as between work, personal and family issues, I really haven’t had much free time to myself until the last couple of days. I will be busy again for another week or two though, so I most likekly won’t post anything new during that time.
I do happen to have a couple of new photos, nothing relating to the recent contests though.
‘We Were Expecting You’ and ‘Laser Beams’ Both happened in a Fiesta game on Abandon. I thought I was alone until I earned an assist on my second kill, and I never seen the person next to me, so I reviewed the footage and that amazingly was what I found.
I can honestly say that I hope that ‘We Were Expecting You’ makes it into a future Fun Friday Caption. It is funny how that worked out considering that my team mate and I have sniper rifles and are ready to take out the opposition while the enemy is unprepared and has a shotgun. It also looks like the other enemy went down unexpectedly. I would love to hear what people would caption if this would make it.
As for ‘I Earned this Helmet’, This is another photo giving of the idea of my Halo: Reach Armor, as it expresses it pretty well. Also, I am wearing the Enforcer PRML helm, which with the help of PrepaidMountain’s driving skills (If you look through his game history in Big Team Slayer and Dominion Matches, you will see all the wheelmans he has, lol, he is an exceptionally good warthog driver) and the Pathfinder perk, I earned this helmet as I like it compared to the other variants.
I want to compliment everybody on their great photos that I am seeing and keep up the great work . Also, thank you CBW010 for those modified variant of my photos. I really like them and thank you for taking the time to apply such effects to them. I have cleaning to do of my living quarters. You all have a great day now.

It was one of those days I could not get the screenshot I wanted, but ended up liking what turned out.

Although it seemed this week’s Bulletin was a c-c-c-c-combo breaker in terms of a Screenshot from me being featured on the themed Screenshots front, it turns out Bravo nabbed one of my Racing Screenshots instead with Raider Lead! Was not expecting that!
I’ve also made some late Yellow themed Screenshots on Tuesday with two of my fellow Midland Base members in my Recent Screenshots:
Headlights - Tell me that’s not menacing. I dare you! This was taken just as my friend raced into the area where “Sarge’s Lab” is located on Erosion.
[/li]- Strider Shield - Taken up at the top of Erosion with my standard Juicy and Colorblind on. Your Spartan’s colours stick out against the dark background so it’s a great spot for standalone Spartan pieces.
And since we’ve had the Commando helmet handed out to those who played on 343 Day, I found it only fitting it deserved some special “RECEPTOR Photography” treatment!
Shadow Commando - Taken on Shatter with Juicy, Colorblind, Next Gen and Nova active, the green tint on everything from the erupting volcano looks really surreal when looking at it again!
Volcanic Sniper - As a wannabe Volcanologist, I simply HAD to make a Screenshot on Shatter involving the erupting volcano of doom! Nova seemed to desaturate the Screenshot a little though. Bother.
Commanding View - Taken on Wreckage with Colorblind and Olde Timey. Really happy with the frame and posing.
