@PerceusSOZ, great vehicle shot! I like the mid jump and the way the tires are positioned with the action coming from the passenger seat. @dakka02, Prometheus is my favorite of the 2. I really like the crisp lines.
Thanks for sharing. allowed me to get my screenshot fix for the day
Been a while since I posted here so Iām back again! First of all, as ever I wish much congratulations on those who got their Screenies featured in the Bulletin yesterday, a bit saddened mine didnāt make the cut, but this weekās theme has got me back at the Screenshot making grindstone with gusto!
With it being the theme of Prefect armour this week, I decided to bring up some Prefect shots I made last week, utilising the Grifball gametype on Haven, with the Juicy, Olde Timey and Color Blind, somehow they seemed to go together very well, with the Colorblind just edging off some of the vibrancy of the Juicy FX so it didnāt look too out of place. Thus I provide:
The Force (couldnāt think of a better name for this pose, now whereās my copy of Duel of the Fatesā¦)
Vermillion Grif (originally, this was taken with the slightly red screen effect you get when you utilise the Olde Timey FX, but it didnāt come through on the Screenshot sadly, still very happy with it thanks to the Background etc.)
Ball Torch II (If thereās one thing Juicy FX does well, itās adding extra darkness and shadows to certain parts of a map. Havenās brilliant for this in the corners near the new spawn points for Blue Team (I think, might be Red). The Griofballās glow really adds something to it in my humble opinion.)
+++++
And thatās that for now on the Prefect Screenie front! Iāll hopefully have some new Prefect related Screenshots for you to look at and judge soon.
I have got a couple of tips that some of you may know already, but Iād like to share in case anyone does not for when they are using the Prefect armour in your Screenshots:
Bright Visors are your best friend! The inset nature of the Prefect visor means it already gets some great shadowing so visors like Pioneer, Verdant, Solar and Stalker are ideal for Screenshots if you want the visor to stick out. The altering colours of Pathfinder, Sunspot and Cyan are also a good choice if you want to add a teensy bit more pizazz to your Screenie. Visors like Blindside and Midnight might get lost amongst the shadows so you cannot see the visor well.
Opposing armour colours are fantastic with the Prefect armour type! A dark primary colour, paired with a very bright secondary colour really sticks out well with the Screenshots. You can really give something a TRON style look if you pair Steel with Ice, Coral, Sea Foam and Brick (Gold as also very cool looking too). Unfortunately, the opposite doesnāt appear to be as effective, but with the addition of the right lighting and maybe Juicy FX put into the mix, itāll stand out even better.
Forerunner weaponry when paired with the Prefect armour looks extremely awesome. The Surpessor and Scattershot are a fave for me currently, thanks to their orange glow. The Incineration Cannon works too, but you need to angle taking the Screenie right so you can see the Spartan effectively enough. Pairing the right colour scheme with these weapons really works too (Steel and Orange with a standard Surpressor look sweet!
Best of luck to anyone else taking part for the next Screenshot Challenge and Iām looking forwards to seeing what youāre all capable of creating!
One last one before I go though, I created this Screenie again with the Grifball Gametype, playing on solace with the Addition of the Next Gen and Colorblind FX, the addition of Next Gen seems to add just a teensy bit more depth to the darker spots, which is why I added it:

Thanks Verdigris! That one was very much a right time, right place snap. Iād accidentally fallen down the ledge on Haven so I wasnāt even planning on running down there, but it worked.

Thank you, It took a wider angle screen shot than what I had in the view finder and there is a grid ghost, I need to work on getting the screen shot a little tighter and see if the grid is always going to show up. It has been very enjoyable playing āphotographerā with Halo4. Great graphics and community.
