Sgt. Forge Phoenix Logs missing [Fixed]

I bought the Season Pass of Halo Wars 2 quite a while ago, and I’ve finally gotten around to collecting & reading through the delicious phoenix log content.
As free downloadable content, you’re given Sergeant Forge as a leader, along with 3 unique Phoenix Logs for him and his unique units.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get them. My game still reads “3 Unread Phoenix Logs,” but they simply don’t exist in the tab.
I’ve only heard of one other person on the internet address this issue, but it was dismissed as an isolated incident.

I’m aware it’s possible to send in a bug report ticket for the MCC. Can I do anything similar bring this to light?

Issue is now resolved. All I had to do was reinstall the Sgt. Forge DLC content, and the phoenix logs became visible.
Other bugs are visible now however, but I think that’s just the reality of janky code. There’s a lotta content in this game.
