So I downloaded Sgt Forge when i go to him it says “Free from store”. So then I go to the store and it says “Installed”…just spent an hour on change with microsoft support. I removed my profile, re-downloaded my profile, removed the add-on, reinstalled the add-on, had them check on things from their end, restarted the game, sometime between when the game came out and today i uninstalled and reinstalled the game…still no Sgt Forge access, am I the only person having this problem?

Yup, I’ve got the same problem. Sorry couldn’t be of any help.
I’ll bump this in hope that some can leans a hand.
Do any of you guys use an external hard drive? I was using one for halo wars 2 when I had this issue. I had to put hard drive in and go to storage in settings then find halo wars 2 manage storage options. Took awhile but I found it, moved it to the Xbox internal hard drive and that fixed the issue. If you aren’t using one you could try going into the storage for a look.
Im currently down loading the update, so fingers crossed that fixes things lol
