Sexism ban question

With the news about this new ban for Halo 4 my three questions are simlpe.

1- Does anyone know how you report a player that would fall under this??
2- Is there away for other gamers to screw over others?? If someone just reports others yet they havent said anything can they plead there case?

I have no issue with this but the other question that im my mind is the most important is does this new reporting system swing both ways?? If thers a gamer girl bashing guys can she be reported under the same system or not?

id also like to know this. i play with my best friend alot, and she gets lots of sexest comments thrown at her(especially since she tends to win, or be in the top 3 of the team in btb, or 1-2 in team games.)

1 - We don’t know, I would assume just filing a complain through Xbox LIVE, it won’t be a Halo 4 exclusive ban.

2 - Nope, all complaints are reviewed by humans before action is dealt with.
