On my service record it is not updating or even showing what division I’m in. I was wondering if this can get fixed.

if its for season 11: you arent ranking up
if its for previous seasons: it only displays your current and top 2 (if no current, your top 3)

Nah, the Arena ranks don’t show on this site, they haven’t updated for a bit.

by “service record” I think he means his in game service record.

If he means the Halo Waypoint service record, then yeah, I wouldnt even use waypoint. Go ahead and check Halo Tracker, its much better.
