Feels like a chapter of my life has closed. Like watching old friends pass away. Thank you for all the memories Halo. You really changed my life for the better. It’s time to take the lessons learned and move on to bigger and better things.
But no matter what I’ll always remember reach. And more than that… I’ll always believe in Halo 3.

Halo 3 was the beginning of the end. Halo 2 was the last great halo MP. I will never miss the blood snipes and horrible hit detection.
Uuuummmmmm… Alright, man.
For me Reach was the last great Halo. Those countless hours I sunk into the game. I miss those days. Now all we have is a game of frustration, money hungry, cheater central.
I feel for you. The last decade has been rough as a Halo fan, and at this point I’m just so worn out about it. Halo 4 was a major misstep and left such a sour taste in my mouth… Halo 5 was the straw that broke the camels back.
6 Years. 6 Long years.
At first it was going well (Announcement, beautiful biomes, maybe open world? Looks good, Chief is in OG armor!)
Then setback after setback (discover hope short and disappointing, demo totally flops, game is delayed.)
Loss after loss (co-op, forge, playable elites, CO-OP, color selection… biomes…)
Made what was going to be a quick and decisive win… into six years of hell.
Hopefully things will bounce back this year.
That’s what I had been hoping in december! Glad I only got the campaign on game pass. Hoping that more campaign content comes long before december.
