Hey I’m playing on 4k.
First XBOX app and WINDOWS store does not work for launching the game but start menu works.
In the game, there are severe stutters and lags in the main menu. Same in the game when moving mouse or gamepad. Animations and cut scenes run fine, but as soon as you move, it lags and stutters, unplayable.
Playing on 4k (fullscreen and other modes) with enhanced graphics on

8770k @5GHZ
32 GB DDR 4 3200MHZ Ram
Never had such issues.

I had the same problem start out of nowhere. Every time I moved the mouse, the animation stuttered. No graphic setting modifications would fix it.
So I started shutting down apps left and right to see what may be causing it.
Turns out LG’s firmware app “OnScreen Control” was my problem as Easy Anti-Cheat reported an “untrusted system file” related to it every once in a while after shutting down the game.
I recommend shutting down some apps to isolate and report which one is causing the problem.
