Several weapon challenges are straight not working, which is a fact. When is 343i finally acknowledging it?

Several challenges like the Heatwave challenge isn’t counting for anyone, that’s a fact, but when is 343i finally acknowledging this, fixing or compensating us? I’m sitting on so many impossible shit challenges right now and when I finally have a descent one like this, it’s not working. I’m loosing my mind with this game.

Have you submitted a ticket on the halo support site?

I’m not sure if 343 will acknowledge it on here but they might over there.

It’s a beta so bound to be a few glitches, submit a ticket and it will get fixed

Because 343 can’t give us a place to proper input a bug report I will do it here.

2 of my 3 challenges do not work and hoped it was an issue fixed when this launched. and i am unwilling to give you guys money so i can gain exp for this game. i can only get exp atm through my daily which is 100exp for (mostly 3 games) wtf is this 343 and where in your right mind did you think this was a good idea not giving us a normal exp progression system that you could have worked on since -Yoink!- last year.

yes i am salty and really annoyed at this and till we get a working link to file bug reports i will vent my frustration here.

There is a proper place for it, it’s clearly stated above the Halo infinite forums. Maybe slow down and pay attention. They literally will not help you here AT ALL, also clearly stated that above the forums.

They need to take 30 seconds to look for it, it was above the Halo infinite forum just earlier. People are just mad and using it as an excuse to not post it in the proper area. But it’s kinda funny because it’s doing them no good posting it here.

Every link i got from this website didnt put me into the “submit a ticket” screen, non. i just found it by scrolling to the far bottom, asking “was this article useful” and under it, written as a by note in smaller text, “would you like to submit a ticket” .

thats just bad design and not helpful to solving player problems. the link should be immidiete and not going through 20000 words of text of obvious ruling just to put it somewhere in a “corner” (wasnt in the corner but you hopefully get it) for people to overlook.

If submit a ticket were front and center then everyone would do that rather than reading the available support articles.

As a result less players would be able to ‘self serve’ by reading the appropriate articles and the support staff would spend more time viewing and responding to tickets that they shouldn’t be dealing with and thus taking longer to deal with genuine support requests or higher priority issues.

The support site does state how to raise a ticket, go to the bottom of any support article and click submit a ticket.

I get that from a customer perspective if you have an issue then you want it solved ASAP and you want someone to just fix your issue rather than looking to see if there is self help or existing materials covering the problem but from the perspective of the first line support team this set up allows for them to more quickly deal with issues and escalate issues that require it.

I mean 343 has acknowledged that there are bugged challenges and they’re working on a fix, not their fault if you haven’t found it.

The game has literally just released, give 343 a chance yeah?
