Several questions about XBL and download codes

ok so i have a gamer profile on my xbox, but it isnt connevted to the internet. i also have a XBL account on the computer so i can go on Waypoint. once i do get internet on my xbox, can i merge the two?

and i got a Halo Wars gond and Halo Reach Anny Map Pack from the codes today. will these transfer to the xbox?

and what about bonuses i get with games?

is there a limit as to how long i can have bonuses before entering the codes?

is there a limit as to how long i can have Halo Wars and Anny pack on my PC XBL before merging with my Xbox?

And do I need XBL Gold to play Halo Wars? or any internet at all?

Any help answering these questions would be greatly appriciated.
