So here’s the thing! I began playing Halo 5 on 10/28, one day after release, and I opened my two premium REQ packs during that time. Here’s the issue, it’s been two weeks, and I still haven’t received anymore premium packs even though I believe that I’m supposed to receive them weekly, so supposedly I’m missing four packs. Can anyone help with this? Or shall I take this to the help center?

Are you talking about the REQ Bundle? I bought that and only received to Premium cards. I thought they held additional cards.
Edit: I was charged on Nov 4th, so actually hasn’t been a week for me, but you might want to talk to MS. Or maybe you have to actually use them that week to continue getting the rest, so no stacking?

I bought the Limited Collectors edition, so it came with the game.
