Several Achievements not Unlocking

After collecting all of the skulls (Achievement name: Collecting a dream) and beating the campaign on legendary difficulty (Achievement names: Surving the long war (for completing on legendary) and The Hard Fight (for completing on heroic)) none of the aforementioned achievements were awarded to me. I can prove this via my service record provided below.

Any troubleshooting help?

Edit: since this post I went back and collected the remaining campaign logs. The achievement for the campaign logs was awarded but I still did not get legendary campaign achievement or the skulls achievement.

I have this same issue, been waiting every update for the Legendary/Heroic achievements to unlock.

Still not fixed.

So bad that this still hasn’t been addressed in any update of which there were many.

Super dissapointed in 343i & CA, game was amazing, but I’m not going to infinitly replay the campaign on legendary in the hopes of getting 100% haven’t even touched the last couple of DLC’s, just come here to see if these achievements have been able to unlock, but nope. looks like I’m not the only one with this issue…
