ive been trying to play infinaty multiplayer and on my spartian id card it shows i am spartian level 1 but when i pull up the spartian hub by hitting the start button it shows my information correctly and in game it wont show my loadouts but in the spartian hub there all set up i contacted live support they had me do random stuff such as clear my cashe they were also the ones who told me to post here for help
