My Halo Reach settings including Armor, Emblem and Service Tag reset to default after turning off the console or changing discs. So every time I want to play Reach I have to redo my settings every time and it’s quite an annoyance. I’m not sure how to fix it, it’s only been doing it recently. It won’t really be a problem in 2 days, but it’s a problem that shouldn’t be happening. I have the slim model and it interacts with the Kinect and Smartglass if that makes a difference.
Try deleting your Xbox 360 profile, then re-download it from Xbox LIVE, your profile is partly corrupted.
It should fix the issue.
