How do you set your nameplate? I used to be able to set it in Bnet but apparently it doesn’t work from there anymore.

No, you can not change your nameplate on Halo Reach anymore.
Due to the change from Bungie to 343.
Oh, meh… It’s fine I guess.
maybe nameplates are added to Halo 4.
