I’ve heard this thing for the first time following Vetoed on twitch, but is it true that setting the language in Japanese latency decreases? Or is it just an urban legend? I tried: Honestly in Arena I noticed a slight improvement but in Warzone a worsening. But it could be just placebo. What do you say?
I’m going to go with the placebo effect because I don’t honestly see how that could help your signal to the server, If anything it should be slower considering Jappenese seems much more complex, but in all honesty I’m about 99.99999999999999999% sure it has no effect at all.
I don’t see how language setting would effect your connection.
Have serious doubts changing your language to Japanese can affect your connection.
Yes, well in order for the language change to fully effect all game play, you must also be wearing a halo shirt.

Does the shirt have to say "Can I has Recon!!"?
I don’t see any precedence for less lag by changing a language. Of course I never imagined that using a custom announcers that I payed $9.99 would crash the game either. (black screen with wheel turning). Sarcasm…lol.
