Service Unavailable - Beyond A Joke

I have endured hell with this game. I love it. But I have had no REQ services, online capabilities or anything other than Solo Campaign for over a month. I have tried just about ever recommended solution on Halo Waypoint, the Forums or across the Internet, and I have had enough. I need this fixed because this SHOULD NOT be happening. I can join friends and play, but have no REQs still and no way to actually play by myself.

I know for a fact this isn’t a problem with my Internet, I can still play every other game I own. I’ve never been banned, so that’s not the problem.

So how is this gonna be fixed?

Never met anyone with this issue. What’s your download speed on your internet?

Internet speed is well above average, NAT type is open and have used digital and physical copies of the game.

i assume you’ve uninstalled the game completely, rebooted and re-installed it then correct?

Have uninstalled the game completely digitally and physically already, still made no difference.
