Service Tag Change Not Accepted

Hey guys,

I recently turned 19, and with each birthday I like to change my Service Tag (EDIT: in Halo 5) from “NL(previous age)” to “NL(current age)” i.e. NL17 to NL18.
However, this year I can’t for some reason. “NL19” is apparently either against the code of conduct or is unauthorized by the UNSC.
I’ve done some searching, but I can’t find any reason for NL19 to fall under those categories. Can you?

Is this in Halo 5?

Edit - Just tried in Halo 5 and it doesn’t work so assuming you mean that.

I’m guessing some weird edge case? Not sure. I’ll ask around.
