Okay, so technically I guess this isn’t a Halo issue but Halo is certainly where I’m having it. Whenever I open up the Spartan ID page and go to Service Tag, it bring up the keyboard for me to type in my Service Tag. The problem is, the cursor is on the y key and I cannot move it, or even select the y. I’ve also noticed that after I try to change my service tag my home button stops working. At first I thought this issue was just a one time, ‘Oh, Windows 10 and it’s silly bugs,’ but completely shutting it off and turning it back on and coming back to it it gave the exact same results.
Yes ive been having the exact same problem. Just now i have figured out hiw to fix it. Go to halo and freeze it, next plug out your xbox, then wait 30 seconds and turn it on using the button in the xbox not on the controller. Then go back ti halo and it should work. Hopefully
