I have played both Halo: Reach and Halo 3 yet it does not show that I have when I look at my service record on my profile. I changed my gamertag a few times a while back, not sure if this would have anything to do with it. I wouldn’t think so, though, since it is on the same Live account. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey OP, changing your gamer tag does indeed affect your starts. It’s easy to fix if you still have the games though, just load them up while connected to Xbox Live and play some campaign or multiplayer. Everything should sync up shortly after that
