So I was checking my service records and everything before my play on the masterchief collection doesn’t not show. It says I have not played reach when I had ALL of the original achievements. My halo gamers core is correct from what I can see, but all previous games from Xbox 360 so that “Intel shows that you have not played this game” or something of the sort. Please some admin clear this up for me cause if there is stuff for previous games ect I would like to have what I have earned. And also just have credit for all my work in my years of playing halo. Hey OP, if you have changed your gamertag recently then that’s why your stats will appear to be missing. Not too hard to fix, load up the old games and play a match or 2 or some campaign on your new tag (while connected to Xbox Live) and everything should sync up after a short amount of time. The only game that won’t sync is Halo 2, as the original Xbox Live multiplayer servers aren’t available anymore

Didn’t thing about the tag change when launching my community. Thanks for the info.
I’m in the same boat, service records don’t show. Now I did change my gamer tag, but I also sold my 360 and games after buying the X1 due to no backwards compatibility. (Yeah, the announcement made later on was a huge kick in the nuts). Is there any way for me to restore these records? Or are they now lost for good?

The only way to sync everything up again is to play the older games under your gamer tag.

If you had any of them as digital downloads you will have access to them on Xbox one when it launches the BC update, however all your save data will be gone unless you had it on your cloud storage.

Hey I know this is way late to ask, but did you ever have any issues? Did you replay the campaign or or only had a few firefights?
I’m having issues with mine currently and no matter what I do I can’t seem to connect and get the waypoint to recognise that I’ve completed those games before.
