My service records for any halo game before halo 4 aren’t appearing when i try to look at them. I can see my record for halo 5, 4, and the Spartan series but when i try ODST, 3, or Reach it says i haven’t played any of those games. This is a mistake because i played those games quite a bit. I did just recently change my gamertag so i think that might have something to do with it. Can anyone help me out?
Your gamer tag change would indeed cause this. If you still have access to the games, make sure you are connected to Xbox Live and load them up and play - can be anything from campaign, customs, forge, matchmaking, as LNG as you’re connected to live. Everything should sync up shortly after that
