How come my service record doesnt exist anymore from Halo 2 thru Reach?
Is it because Ive changed my email and gamertag several times since then?

Yep, that’s why. Your old stats will still be synced with any previous gamertags. If you’ve had multiple changes over the years, you’ll probably not be able to everything synced up to the one account now
