I’ve played Halo somewhat regularly since Halo: Combat Evolved (2001). Why do I not have a Service Record?
I used to have one on bungie.net… I know something changed, likely when 343 took over. Did they dump all the old Service Records?

Not sure what your exact situation is but this thread might help.

If you’ve changed your gamertag at any point then your stats will have desynced. Have a read over the thread above for details on how to fix that
