My Halo service record shows zero activity on the profile summary page BUT when i go to the in depth service record for each game (Halo CE, 2, 3, 4) the stats are there
any clues here ?
no gamertag change since i created it many moons ago

When you view your profile you can choose which stats you want to have shown as default, I think Auto sets it to the latest game released. Right now yours is showing Halo 5, so if you haven’t played yet then you won’t have any stats. If you go to your profile and click ‘edit’ next to Halo 5 Guardians, you can choose there which set of stats you would like featured on your profile
