On my halo waypoint it says I haven’t played halo reach when I’ve gain the rank inhetitor
Any ideas why this has happened or how to change this
Probably a bug with the new waypoint. Don’t worry I’m sure it will be restored.
Did you play it on MCC or Xbox 360?
It’s a temporary thing with Waypoint right now.
Wait till Dec. 8th, we’ll get a massive Waypoint update that fixes all the stat issues and more apparently.

Just chiming in to say you are no alone OP.
In fact, I have yet to see a Legacy Service Record that is accurate at all (besides Halo 4.) Halo 5 is also broken/has data missing for me.
Perhaps after the holidays and more items with Halo Infinite have been squared away - 343i will be in a better position to provide an update on correcting the Halo Waypoint Service Records.
Previously when I checked the Site after the change I had no Records before Halo 4 but now they’ve been updated to show some of my Records but my Information on Halo CE: Anniversary is still acting Glitched despite how I got that on launch, so yeah it’s slowly getting corrected barring some issues
