I played Halo Reach on launch day in 2010 and when i went to see my service record on here (2019) for Reach and it tells me i should go buy and play the game for my service record to show up?
I checked the old Halo Bungie site and it says last time i played was in 2012. I know the site doesn’t work anymore as its no longer in use but i used to play Reach on Xbox One with backward compatibility which was probably 2 or 3 years ago since i last touched it.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Edit: i just checked all the other games and its saying i pretty much havent played a single Halo except halo 5?
That usually means your records are out of sync, and it often happens if you change your gamertag.
Try booting up the games while connected to Live and play a game or two of campaign or multiplayer - after a short while the records for that game should update.

Does this mean i have to do this with every game?
