Is there a known issue with the MCC Service Record not showing the correct highest level achieved in a playlist?
I have changed from Xbox and Windows variants and it always shows as ‘5’ but this is incorrect.
Is there anyone with this issue at all or has it been reported before?
Are you talking about in-game or on waypoint?
I checked your waypoint record and it shows H3 team slayer as your highest rank at level 14.
The in-game records tend to have a problem at the moment.

I see what you are talking about now - on our homepage for waypoint - yeah that’s busted.
If you click on the ‘skill ranks’ tab it shows your real ranks, and your highest.
