Service record problem ! need help

Hi,

I think there is a problem with service record.
Because it won’t show my older games on it that i owned,
like example Halo: Reach it doesn’t show my record !
Is it because i changed my xbox live name back in the days ? Or
is it a deeper problem in the system ? if so i still got the achievement to proof it !

If you changed your GT at some point, you’ll need to play a match or two online in order to sync the changes.
